1. Equipment warranty period: 18 months after arrival or 12 months after commissioning. In case of any quality problem of the equipment within the warranty period and equipment failure due to the seller's equipment quality problem, the Seller shall respond within 2 hours after receiving the buyer's notice, arrive at the site within 24 hours, and complete the repair within 48 hours. If the two debugging is not good, the supplier should unconditionally agree to exchange or refund.
2. After the expiration of the warranty period, the Seller shall carry out lifelong maintenance for the sold equipment. In case of equipment failure, the Seller shall rush to the buyer's site after receiving the notice from the buyer, and handle the problem in time, and only the cost fee shall be charged.
3. At the time of delivery, the Seller shall provide the delivery list, industry standard, product certificate, operation manual, maintenance and other relevant data free of charge.
