At present, the enamel plate condenser is a circular curved surface single hole or porous condenser. The front and back sides of the plate are concave convex. Therefore, under the conditions of thermal deformation, high cooling water pressure and large vacuum negative pressure, it is easy to cause porcelain explosion on the convex surface and the feeding hole. The space of material flow layer is large, which affects the cooling effect. The cooling water has no diversion on the two sides of the round convex plate Because of the short residence time in the jacket, the water on both sides of the circular plate can not flow fully, so only a small amount of heat can be carried out and the solid heat transfer effect is poor.
In view of the above defects of disc condenser, B series enamel flat plate condenser is changed from round concave convex type to square plate type. It will not cause porcelain explosion under the conditions of thermal deformation, high water inlet and outlet pressure and high vacuum negative pressure. Because we add stiffeners between the designed steel plates, the yield strength of the steel plates is enhanced (the water pressure can reach 0.8MPa). The influent water is circulated by water channel, and then the water is discharged to the upper plate. According to the thickness of the raw material layer (25-32mm) of the disc condenser, asbestos or rubber are used to wrap the PTFE gasket. Now the material layer is only 15-20 mm, and stainless steel glass mesh PTFE pad is used. With the same square area as the original disc type condenser, the cooling efficiency is increased by about 40%. Due to the high utilization rate, the square number can be reduced, the volume is small, the weight is light, and the installation is convenient.
