How to prolong the service life of glass lined reactor?

1. High pressure stainless steel reactor should be placed indoors. When equipped with multiple autoclaves, they should be placed separately. Each operating room shall have an outlet directly leading to the outdoor or passageway, and good ventilation at the equipment ground point shall be ensured.
2. Rotate the rotary body on the reactor by hand to check whether the operation is flexible.
3. The controller should be placed horizontally on the operation table. The working environment temperature of the reactor is 10-40 ℃, and the relative humidity is less than 85. The surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gas.
4. When installing the kettle cover, the sealing surfaces between the kettle body and the kettle cover should be prevented from colliding with each other. Place the kettle cover carefully on the kettle body according to the fixed position. When tightening the main nut, it should be tightened step by step in diagonal and symmetrical way. The force should be uniform and the kettle cover should not be inclined to one side to achieve good sealing effect.
5. Only the positive and negative nuts can be rotated at the joint of positive and negative nuts, and the two arc sealing surfaces shall not rotate relative to each other. Lubricating oil shall be applied when all nut grain connecting parts of reactor are assembled.
6. The needle type valve is line sealed. Only by turning the valve needle slightly and pressing the sealing surface tightly, the good sealing effect can be achieved.
7. Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and back plate are normal, pull off the upper cover, check whether the connector contact is loose, and whether the reactor is damaged or rusted due to improper transportation and storage.
8. After operation, it can be cooled naturally, cooled with water or placed above the support. After the temperature drops, release the pressurized gas in the kettle to reduce the pressure to normal pressure, and then loosen the main nut symmetrically and evenly, then remove the main nut, and then carefully remove the kettle cover and place it on the support.
9. After each operation, the residue on the body and cover of stainless steel reactor should be removed. The main seal should be cleaned frequently and kept clean. It is not allowed to wipe with hard or rough surface.
